The patient is standing for a Weightbearing projection of the Knee in the Anterior Posterior position. The Patient is turned slightly away from the affected side to achieve a true AP projection at the Left Knee Joint. The image is sub-optimal and the patient could have been turned more to the right, and the mAs could be increased.
