Frequently Asked Questions - Licensing

If, after installing your licence file, the software fails to run with a message saying the licence file is corrupt it could be due to one of the following situations:

• Changes have occured to the contents of the licence file. Please note that any changes to the contents will invalidate the licence and it will have to be re-issued by Shaderware to incorporate the required changes.
  
  Contact Shaderware to obtain a valid licence.
