The same as the single download installer, but packaged as a self-extracting file and split in to bite sized chunks that may be easier to download. Simply download each part and run the .exe to recreate the full installer file.
This workbook contains 15 Laboratory sessions that can be used in class or for individual study. It is to be used in conjunction with the Student Guide and its use is supported by the Tutor Guide.

Explains how to use the real time demonstrator tool, which is quite different to other virtual radiographyTM modules. LectureVR is designed to provide real time changes to the radiographic image to support lectures and workshops with larger student groups.

Windows installer for the application. See the release notes for details of the changes.
Across the world it is agreed that radiographers require a thorough understanding of the production of x-rays and their control and manipulation. It is an important part of any qualifying course for the protection of patients and staff. TechnicVR has been developed with these core curricula requirements in mind. This workbook addresses many of the requirements of the UK and USA radiography syllabus.
TechnicVR is a fully featured simulation of the x-rays created during an exposure. It is important to find out about what the patient is subject to. As a practitioner, your patients might ask you questions about this, and you need to be able to alter the factors sensibly to get the right results every time. All types of projection radiographic procedure are possible to set up using TechnicVR. It can be quite rewarding to quickly experiment with extreme examples (without risking equipment or yourselves!). The main benefit is that you can work through this at your own pace, satisfying your own curiosity, wherever a laptop computer can be located.
Lecturers’ materials need to be updated to provide new ways for students to understand the factors that affect the x-ray beam. TechnicVR gives you powerful new tools that enable you to demonstrate the x-ray beam spectrum across the irradiated field. It cuts through any complicated physics and simply shows accurate results, as if you had really done the experiment. It is easier than a real experiment, as you don’t have to take a lot of time setting it up. Best of all – it allows you to interact with your students, moving beyond pre-prepared materials to answer the ‘what if’ questions that capture the class interest.
