Aquiring the Software

The software is available from the download page

You will need to download the installer to a temporary area on your computer.

Note for TomoVR: Due to the large amount of data required at runtime the installation is accomplished in 2 phases, first the application and then the data is installed. You will need to download both installers ("TomoVR Application" and "TomoVR Data" ) to a temporary area on your computer

Note for licenced users: The latest version will always be available for download but we recommend that you keep a copy of the installer so that if you need to re-install you can be sure you are using the same version across the whole of your institution. For corporate licence holders who wish to make the software available to students it is particularly important that they are using the same version as installed on campus.

If you have purchased a licence for the software you should have been supplied with a licence file which is required to activate the software on your computer. The file is a simple text file, often called "lic.txt" but yours may have a different name. Without a licence file the software will be fully functioinal for 15 days from first invocation, after which a licence file is required. If you are evaluating the software with a view to purchase you may request an extension to your evaluation period
